Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a) Travian Games GmbH (TRAVIAN GAMES) is organizing the &#8220;Kingdoms Dynasty game world&#8221;&nbsp;(hereafter &#8220;Dynasty world&#8221;).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b) Participation in the Dynasty&nbsp;world&nbsp;is voluntary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c) Any player that meets the entry qualification criteria (of 1000 or more Prestige points) may register on the Dynasty world until registrations are closed.&nbsp;Registrations to the&nbsp;Dynasty world will be closed 7 days after the start.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d) Each player can only qualify once for the Dynasty world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e) Employees of and freelancers working for TRAVIAN GAMES and their relatives are&nbsp;excluded from participating in the Dynasty world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f) lranian, ltalian and Spanish residents are excluded from receiving any of the prizes in the&nbsp;Dynasty world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>g) The winner of the physical prize will receive an email from a TRAVIAN&nbsp;GAMES employee from the domain &#8220;@<a href=\"http:\/\/traviangames.com\/\">traviangames.com<\/a>\u201d. Prizes will be given within 4&nbsp;months following the end of the final round. Should a notified winner not reply to the&nbsp;notification emails within 90 days, the win is declared void and a new winner is drawn from&nbsp;the lot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.&nbsp;Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a) Players may terminate their participation in the Dynasty world&nbsp;at any time and free of charge&nbsp;by deleting their avatar from the Dynasty world&nbsp;or by contacting Travian Games\u2019&nbsp;Customer Service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b) Unused Gold will not be paid out in cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c) Should a player abort their participation in the Dynasty world, or when the Dynasty world&nbsp;ends,&nbsp;unused Gold can be transferred to any Travian Kingdoms regional game world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d) TRAVIAN GAMES reserves the right to disqualify and exclude any player from the Dynasty world&nbsp;who manipulates or attempts to manipulate the participation procedure, any&nbsp;TRAVIAN GAMES websites, the game process, or the Dynasty world. The same applies if&nbsp;these Conditions of Participation, the game rules or the General Terms and&nbsp;Conditions of TRAVIAN GAMES are violated by a player.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e) TRAVIAN GAMES reserves the right to terminate the Dynasty world in case&nbsp;players manipulate the game process and\/or the game mechanics to damage the game worlds. Unused Gold will be handled as per 2. b) and c). The state of the rankings at the&nbsp;time of termination, time at which the decision to stop the&nbsp;Dynasty world is taken,&nbsp;is material for the rewards corresponding to 3. a), b), and c).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f) lt is possible that a stalemate situation arises on the Dynasty world and no&nbsp;player is able to build the Wonder of the World that terminates the Dynasty world.&nbsp;In order to avoid any unreasonable delay of the entire world, the game world will be closed. In such a&nbsp;case, the status of the rankings at the time of the termination is material for the rewards corresponding to 3. a), b), and c).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Prizes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a) Players can win Travian-Gold in the end of the Dynasty world.\u00a0There are\u00a0four player rankings: offense, defense, population, hero. Each player of the top 10 of each\u00a0ranking receives\u00a0Travian-Gold prizes related to their placement in the ranking.\u00a0Leadership of the winning Kingdom (King, Vice-King, Dukes) receive\u00a0Gold prizes related to their position in the Kingdom.\u00a0The Governors of the winning Kingdom receive an amount of Gold.\u00a0For a detailed description, which prizes are given to which position in the rankings\u00a0please see the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.kingdoms.com\/fight-for-the-kingdoms-dynasty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kingdoms Dynasty Game World Details.<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b) Players can win an exclusive Cosmetic in the end of the Dynasty world. The members of the winning Kingdom receive the Cosmetic. The top 3 players in the rankings of offense, defense, population, hero receive the Cosmetic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c) The&nbsp;King of the winning Kingdom&nbsp;will receive a physical trophy.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d) If a Dynasty world has two Wonder of the World at the same level at the end of the&nbsp;game round, the owner of the Wonder of the World which reached the level first will&nbsp;receive the higher prize.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e) TRAVIAN GAMES will send the Travian-Gold to the related player accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f) In the event that, for practical or legal reasons, it&#8217;s not possible to deliver to a winner\u2019s country, TRAVIAN GAMES will provide Travian-Gold instead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.&nbsp;Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a) TRAVIAN GAMES will of course handle all personal data submitted by participants&nbsp;during the Dynasty world and during the business relations strictly confidential and such&nbsp;data will be handled in accordance with the prevailing data privacy regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b) TRAVIAN GAMES will render anonymous any data that is collected via surveys and used&nbsp;for statistical, market research and opinion poll purposes. Neither TRAVIAN GAMES nor a&nbsp;third party will ever assign anonymized data to a specific individual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c) When they participate in the Dynasty world, all players agree that their player name, country of origin and scores will be published on the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.kingdoms.com\/kingdoms-dynasty-2-hall-of-fame\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kingdoms Dynasty Hall of Fame<\/a> and on\u00a0various internet forums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d) The TRAVIAN GAMES Privacy Policy applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.&nbsp;General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a) The TRAVIAN GAMES General Terms and Conditions and game rules shall apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>b) TRAVIAN GAMES reserves the right to ban, punish or delete player accounts during the&nbsp;game rounds when the Conditions of Participation, the game rules or the General&nbsp;Terms and Conditions of TRAVIAN GAMES are violated by a player.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>c) Invite&nbsp;a Friend system is deactivated on the Dynasty world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>d) TRAVIAN GAMES reserves the right to update the game mechanics and the game software&nbsp;at any time during the Dynasty world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e) All players must ensure that they can be contacted on the email address they submitted&nbsp;when they entered the Dynasty world and on the new email address if it got changed during&nbsp;the Dynasty world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>f) Players must ensure they read their emails regularly.
